Rebuild Afghanistan

Summary

After the occupation, followed by earthquakes and floods, Afghanistan grapples with a humanitarian crises. Decades of conflict left communities devastated, millions displaced, and basic services severely lacking, particularly affecting vulnerable groups like women, children, and internally displaced persons. The acute need for humanitarian assistance underscored the urgency of addressing pressing issues such as healthcare, education, and food insecurity.

Among the most urgent needs was access to essential healthcare services & education, years of conflict had decimated Afghanistan's healthcare infrastructure, leaving hospitals and clinics in disarray and medical supplies scarce. The resulting healthcare crisis, exacerbated by widespread poverty and malnutrition, left many Afghans without even basic medical care. EgyptAid/KAAF hope to play a vital role in bridging this gap, providing crucial medical supplies, personnel, and support to alleviate the suffering of those in need.

Along with a focus on housing in villages where the Muslims are living in very poor situations, catering for orphans all over the country who lost their fathers, brothers and uncles due to the war.
