Zayd ibn Khalid reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said:

مَنْ فَطَّرَ صَائِمًا كَانَ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِهِ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ لَا يَنْقُصُ مِنْ أَجْرِ الصَّائِمِ شَيْئًا

Whoever helps break the fast of a fasting person, he will have the same reward as him without decreasing anything from the reward of the fasting person.

Ramadan is here, and we need your support, hundreds and thousands need you… orphans, widows, sick, poor, disabled, students, elderly…

The bulk of the recipients of food parcels are widows and women in general. It's a sad state and a very sad situation for most. This small relief of food at least settles the families for a few weeks. Please support our sisters in Egypt.

In 2020 handed out 900 plus meals daily for iftar.

In 2021 we had a target of 1500 meals daily, which we reached by the 24^th day of Ramadan, all from the bounty of Allah and your generous donations. We hope 2022 we can meet the requirements of the communities from day 1 of Ramadan.

With your amazing support we were able to raise £43k in Ramadan. Of which:

• £13.5k of Zakat Cash was distributed
• £3k of Hot Iftar Meals handed out (3000 Meals)
• £3.8k of Dry Food Packs donated (190 Parcels)
• £400 of Eid Gifts for Children and Orphans gifted (82 Eid Gifts)
• £500 of Zakatul Fitr Food Bags delivered (167 Bags)
• £750 of Animals sacrificed (5 Animals)
• £21k of Sadaqah utilised (Covering the remainder Iftar Meals, Food Packs, Eid Gifts, Medical Support, Orphans and Widows Support)

Our Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم was sent to us as a Mercy to Mankind, could you follow in his footsteps?

Could you spare some mercy for the widows, orphans, sick, and students of knowledge from very poor backgrounds in Egypt?

وَمَا أَرْسَلْنَاكَ إِلَّا رَحْمَةً لِّلْعَالَمِينَ

And We have not sent you, (O Muḥammad), except as a mercy to the worlds. [Surah Al-Anbiya’ 21:107]

It was narrated from Ibn ‘Abbas, which says that Allah سبحانه وتعالى sent His Prophet Muhammad صلى الله عليه وسلم as a mercy to all the world, both believers and disbelievers. [Tafseer At-Tabari, 18:551]
