Donation Policy – Egypt Aid

Introduction

EgyptAid | KAAF relies on generous contributions to fund our charitable programs. This donation policy outlines our procedures for handling donations, refunds, and related matters.

Donation Types

We accept the following types of donations:

One-Time Donations: Contributions made via our website or through other authorized channels.
Recurring Donations: Monthly or periodic donations set up through our donation platform.
In-Kind Donations: Goods or services provided to support our work.

Use of Donations

Donations are utilized to support our various charitable initiatives, including but not limited to:

Education programs
Food and medical aid
Orphan and widow support
Emergency relief efforts

Refund Policy

At EgyptAid, we work hard to ensure you have a trouble-free experience. However, we realise that sometimes errors can happen. Under charity law, charities are not permitted to refund donations, other than in specific circumstances. However, when an error or oversight warrants a refund, we offer a 28-day refund policy that begins from the date you donate. Once agreed upon, the refund process will take between 5-10 working days. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used for donating. Note: Under no circumstances are cash donations refunded. We will require you to return your original receipt in order to qualify.

If there is any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and rules and/or specific terms of use appearing on this site relating to specific material then the latter shall prevail.

These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

Transparency

EgyptAid | KAAF is committed to transparency. We regularly provide updates and reports on how donations are being used and the impact they have made. We also ensure that all donations are processed securely.
